During my medical journey, I observed issue faced by common people in eye care. After through research I came to conclusion that there was a requirement of set-up to provide complete eyes care services henceforth I came up with a brand “Eye Forte” (www.eyeforte.com)
This company is solely committed and dedicated to providing eye care services and solutions throughout the world including eye treatment/management, complete orthoptic check-up, low vision, contact lens and specialized contact lens, dispensing, customized prosthetics eye, Orthokeratology etc. by a well-qualified, experienced and dedicated optometrist and an ophthalmologist.

This company bestows the best sustainable and exceptional services to all at an affordable rate.
We pay attention to the minutest details to each and everything. We are futuristic and we believe in doing things differently.
Meanwhile in 2021 we launched “Doc Forte” to fulfil the gaps between patients & Health Care Service Provider that could easily be met with the help of technology, from creating new Medical Search Engine for patients & health care service provider, to building India’s first integrated health care company, Subham has been relentlessly working on “Doc Forte” vision of making Health care simpler more accessible and convenient for all.

I believe in “Unbossed” leadership- I believe in setting clear goals, and then being there to help my team deliver, not tell them how to do it.
My role is to listen, clear obstacles and develop their strengths.

I’m Dr. Sakshi Raj Sahu, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Doc Forte. Doc Forte’s mission is to excel health care along with making it accessible.

My responsibilities grew to managing Doc Forte’s largest business unit, the India Business. I’m passionate about improving health Care System in India and promoting youth entrepreneurship.

I’m latest-generation entrepreneur and visionary who started Doc Forte with the help of my Founder & CEO of Eye Forte & Doc Forte (Mr. Subham Kumar) in 2021 with the purpose to provide affordable and high quality healthcare to patients to significantly improve their lives.
